Why Zone Technique?

Most people think of chiropractic as neck or back pain relief, and although chiropractic is excellent at relieving pain it is only a fraction of what chiropractic has to offer. In the early days of chiropractic, chiropractors helped a wide array of problems like issues with their breathing, stomach, digestion, infertility, vision, sleep, fatigue, hearing, memory, emotions, vital organs, hormone imbalance, and many others. Today, doctors that utilize the Zone Technique are once again getting these great results.

Dr. Thurman Fleet founded Zone Therapy in 1931 after reading a British copy of Gray’s Anatomy which detailed the correlation between different areas of the brain and 6 points on the back of the head. Dr. Fleet taught that, “There are only six kinds of disturbances that can affect the human body. These are Glandular, Eliminative, Nervous, Digestive, Muscular, and Circulatory. All diseased conditions, aches and pains, and other discomforts experienced by the body can be attributed to one or more of the above disturbances to the body’s six systems or Zones.”

The legacy of Dr. Thurman Fleet and the results of his Zone Therapy continue to help the world thanks to Dr. Pete Goldman. Dr. Pete Goldman studied under several mentors that all practiced Zone Therapy as well as aspects of Dr. Fleet’s Concept-Therapy. Most notably Dr. Goldman studied intensely under Dr. Kayata in Brooklyn and Dr. Loofboro in Atlanta, both of whom studied directly under Dr. Fleet. Dr. Goldman saw the need to bring Dr. Fleet’s teachings to all chiropractors and healers, so in 2017 opened the Zone School of Healing to share the amazing healing technique found by Dr. Fleet with doctors around the world.

I have been in practice 12 years and have always seen amazing results in healing, but since bringing the Zone Technique into my practice I have seen results that make me grateful to the mentors in my life that led me to the Zone Technique. I am excited to help all those in need in their healing process and help them regain their quality of life.
